One of the largest city in the state of Gujarat in India is Ahmedabad. It was found in 1422 and is named after the founder. Ahmedabad is administered by Ahmedabad Minicipal Corporation (AMC). The AMC was established in July 1950 under the Bombay Provincial Corporation Act, 1949. The AMC building is over 50 years old and now they have received some financial support to improve their interior modern furniture.

The new building is being built at Sardar Patel Bhavan in Danapith. The civic body are handing out 5 Crore Indian Rupees for them to get new contemporary furniture. Many people are asking what is the need of modern furniture in an AMC building when there are children dying of hunger. Reports were asking the AMC officers on the look of the furniture. The officers said that the furniture will be completely different to what it was before, as it was just traditional wooden and plastic furniture before. What are they going to be made of? Is it Gold or may be Silver? They are spending a lot of money on it.

This contract has been awarded to two furniture outlets. They are both well known and have been producing modern reception furniture and restaurant furniture they have also developed several modern furniture for varios restaurants, hotels and celebrity homes in India. Both companies are contracted to provided modern stools, tables and chairs for the 6 storey building. Apparently they will also be providing old furniture items but why would they need this if they are given 5 crore for modern furniture?

Do they really need to spend 5 crore rupees for six story building? If it is just normal furniture how much do you think it will cost? What are your thoughts I would love to hear it?

I am truly looking forward to the new AMC building and I cannot wait to visit it, when I am next in Gujarat. The weather is always nice there so that’s not a problem.

Of you were thinking of a night in the town are you likely to go to a place with elaborate looking bar furniture or somewhere with sleazy looking, cheap bought drivel?

Surely you would just look in and see and then go for the one that looks a lot better on the inside?

I think that is really does depend on what part of the evening you are at. If you are entering the early stages of the night then you are obviously going to be a bit more concerned on where you are sitting down to drink. If you are really drunk it is very true to say that you will most likely not have any idea where you are sitting so to the drunk people it doesnt matter at all? Of course your not but that doesn’t mean the business has an excuse for not getting some decent club furniture in there.

Clubs should always try to get decent looking furniture installed simply because there are still people that go out clubbing and just want to sit down and haven’t had that much to drink. If they are one of the people then there is no way they would feel happy just sitting down on a old, crappy looking chair. If this is the case then the person what is sober would tell the others (when they have sobered up) not to go back there.

If one person starts to spread the fact that the club is looking a bit rubbish then it will slowly start to spread like the plague which means the business will be doomed.

So it doesn’t matter if it is a club or pub, make sure you have decent look furniture. Also if you are a restaurant you need to look into making sure you have superb looking restaurant furniture.
